The Suburbs Report
I have not really opened my eyes to what suburbs really are.
They are a corporate and government resource camp for their employees to
raise their kids and go grocery shopping.
It hasn't occurred to me how Utilitarian the world has become.
The world is ran by accountants that hate Art.
They hate Art because they cannot understand it.
They cannot understand it because their mind works in 1 or 0.
Most of the middle managers and managed manufacturers of product live here.
In Calgary, nothing is created. It is dictated by a Middle Eastern lobbied group called OPEC.
There is no ownership here.
There are no souls here.
They all run on a grid.
Their minds rise and fall with the price of black gold.
The billionaires here bet instead of create.
They are not oil men. They are spreadsheet gurus.
They think this is all fine and dandy.
But whatever is started will be finished.
Their kids are walking idiots.
There is no laughter here.
There is no activity around.
Everything is managed.
The police are on speed dial.
Everything this reported and accounted for.
Fat wives. Sure.
Bored wives. Sure.
Disabled kids. Sure.
Kids that don't grow up. Sure.
Men my age who have been forced to move back in with their mothers.
Shortcuts a plenty.
Plenty enough to bet $8400 on an engagement trying to marry a Junior High Sweetheart.
Utilitarian lives here. There is no Happiness here.
Brainwashing is real.
Zombies of the Average is the result.
The Machine Man that could not accept warning is commanded.
The Machine works for the Mortgage, The Corporation, The Wife, The Kids, The Society.
There is no passion here. It is found in the city and crushed in the burbs.
There are young girls here. But what use?
I have lived quite a dangerous life.
What I have been up to has been by far my most dangerous.
In my mind. I think I'm doing something that I know is being picked up by on lookers.
I'm probably gonna stop.
But, I must get my brand out there some how.
It's been working a bit. But, to be a good marketer. You gotta get in the muck and not be scared to offend people.
But for the last few weeks, I have been really dialing it up.
It's so subtle that I know it's getting the point across.
No, I'm not going to tell you what I'm doing.
I will show you sometime later down the line.
The real reason for this blog post is a cause or a symptom...
Whichever you think is fitting.
In business, my job is to dig for demand.
I have been attracting a certain kind of person over my short time as an "Entrepreneur"
This is the 40 something divorced man.
The first one I met was supposed to be my mentor for programming.
We never talked programming for very long until he started explaining that his wive and her lover had left their respective families for each other.
He mentioned that he should be involved more in business and sports by his wife's brother.
He declined and ignored the advice.
I read the Wall Street Journal.
He doesn't.
Another 48 year old man approached me today.
Out of nowhere.
I assumed that he was divorced because only single desperate men approach me to talk.
I asked him about his hobbies.
He mentioned his "Adventures"
I will give him credit he is a good family man.
But, this is not what a woman needs.
A woman can raise 12 kids on her own if she wants to.
Women do regret the aftermath of their fantasy world.
Which has been mentioned on blogs around the gutter of the internet.
But, I'm not here to teach people. Just comment and document my travels of what I see in relationships today.
They are quite robotic.
They are quite passionless.
But, if you only have passions for raising your kids.
What kind of life is that?
It may sound callous.
But, again, it is a woman you're trying to keep here.
Her job is to raise kids.
A man's job is to create rewards through romance, excitement and money.
In this Micro Managed World we live in. There are plenty of opportunity to beat the System.
I have the guts to do so.
But, many do not want to.
They are loyal bots until the wife dumps them.
There all around the place man.
Dead eyes.
Mindless.
They got no mojo.
There is no sex occurring here.
Downtown is no better.
The price of fun has been raised.
I'm debt free.
Fucker!
So, what do I do?
Most of my contemporaries have no heart.
They bark from the side lines.
I never planned to make money.
None of my life has been focused on making money.
I just wanted to make art and live the gypsy life.
I never fell into the trap of making money to have fun.
Which most people I believe are truly incapable of having.
They throw their entire life away, their purpose away for things that could be enhanced if they believed in themselves.
Utilitarian Relationships are the norm everywhere.
No matter where you go.
In an economic world,
wallet and sperm will do fine.
The women here will dump a passionate man for the
Father Figure, only to reacquire this passion man later down the road.
But, on the other hand, the Player-Passionate man is out of a woman.
Because he lacks the skills to get to the next level.
I have been freestyling pretty well so far.
Planning my escape to the best level of living is where I am going.
I have made sacrifices not many people have made. I have not peaked.
I'm just getting started while people are getting settled in.
There is a lot to be documented in this Globalized North America.
The soul has been ripped out.
The American Dream is an American Illusion.
The people here don't even know they are being exploited.
"What Prison?" - Housewife
The men here are to serve a single purpose.
Be a father.
I'm not going to go further than that.
The debt here is incredible.
The amount of cars per driveway is outstanding.
The young men are completely backwards.
They buy luxury cars instead of Investing in education or profitable skills.
They rent cars as if they own them.
They smoke and bust up the cars as if they are construction cars
They propose to girls in France without knowing a thing about the country.
They think they are artists without the effort.
They don't reflect who they are influenced by.
They are exploiters and the exploited.
Quite an interesting sight.
The young women here are Instagram baiters.
The yoga pants and tank top.
These chicks have engineered the attention and response they crave from men.
They work out and dress for black man attention.
But do not like them.
They are everywhere here.
Hip Hop is trendy.
It'll go away.
The pulse of popularity will go somewhere else.
They'll be around to pick up the next wave.
Relevancy in the Suburbs is hooked to a grid.
It'll take speed, power and grit to get the fuck out here.
I'm being realistic. It's not as easy as people make it out to be.
The people my age who go travelling have six figure parents maybe.
But, they themselves are not independent.
I am.
I am completely independent.
I have paid for everything in my life and continue to do so.
It is so barren here.
Damn, my naivety.
But, if I told you the same 25 year mortgage rates exist in 8000 sq ft mansions...
Would you believe me?
Luxurious Romance is the only way to go.
It's the only thrill left.
The work is worth it.
It will pay off.
Jimi still sounds good.
Ginger is great.
I am around.
I didn't make a peep.
Certain people know what I'm talking about.
It's all over the Media.
I'm doing what I need to do to earn what I'm working for.
It's about 4AM right now.
I'm not the only one up in this neighborhood I know that for a fact.
There's not a lot of real thorough sleep here.
It's not how they chalk it up.
The truth is in me though.

This place, Canada, really has no gear.
It seems like it is in a Death Cruise.
Hearts are mellow.

Opinions are still flying around as if it was in the evening.
People aren't sleeping.
I'll make money off them somehow.

They are not dreaming. Nor processing. Nor in Snooze.
It's more like a half coma.
Education is useless here.
It's not valued.
What is said on TV goes.
I don't know what to do.
The old people are the young people.

How to Properly Buy A Car
My philosophy of buying a car is my philosophy of owning Real Estate. It doesn't pay if you are leasing. You have to be the Leaser. What people completely enslave themselves to is not only the car, but THE BANK. Most people are completely helpless. They have been snared by The Free Lunch and pay with it with their freedom.
The Bank has figured out through technological analysis the exact financing rate that will sell worldwide with the MAXIMUM juice aka Interest without raising any of a car slave's antennae.
The Bank is your friend or your enemy depending on how you handle yourself.
The Bank is your friend if you negotiate like a boss and buy a car on your terms as follows:
1. You must have more money, actual money in your bank account than the car itself. For example if the car costs $70,000 you should have $140,000+.
2. Most people make the mistake of negotiating with a sales rep instead of the Manager who wants to get that inventory eater off the lot as soon as possible. Especially if it is a Pre-Owned or Other Manufactured Vehicle. So, Win-Win is not where people "Win" it is where you relieve the Manager's headache and you get a deal!
3. Most people make the mistake of not using the Bank as a partner in any purchase whether it is Real Estate or buying a Vehicle. Other People's Money is great if you have the money out of your pocket when things go wrong. Refer to Rule One. So, if a car costs $80,000. If you're a bright one, you would put down a nice DOWN PAYMENT of $40,000. To hedge against "depreciation" aka Benefits of Ownership. But, if you are a Boss, you would be like CA$HFLOW IS KING! And I'm not using my own money to pay for something that I don't have to.
You would go call your bank you have been in a relationship for years building up and paying off loans with them. You will take out a Loan from them AT A BETTER RATE and go to Dealer aka Retailer who acts as a Middle Man to the Bank who doesn't know the that you are NOT using your own money and negotiate like mad with The Manager as in Step Two.
This is how you do it!
If you can't put a Down Payment on a Car. You cannot afford a nice car. But majority Civilian Slaves will go into a Dealer with NO MONEY and SUCK ON A DOWNED POWERLINE AND CRUSH THEIR DREAMS with an 84 MONTH 7 YEAR TERM. OF A COMPLETELY USELESS AND UNSELLABLE CAR!
