Are friends or fans more important in today's digital world?

Just wanted to whet some whistles... This should be good. Ironically, I may be talking to myself on this, either way, conversations with my other side are quite enlightening, as I have gotten very used to it, it's a great source of meditation. As it is my own worst enemy, I always have a hot line for it. No contracts, month by month, no breakups or delays.
